trees and productive vines. The rear of the property provides much welcome shade
under trees set on secluded terracing.
There are extensive and panoramic views of the surrounding hills and valley,
from all the terraces, but especially from the 8m x 4m pool which is set in a
private secure walled and fenced sun terrace area. The illuminated pool has
steps, is 2m at its deepest point and is regularly maintained by an Englishman
who is now a local resident. Patio Furniture, large parasols and a Barbeque
complete the poolside area.
There is a further patio area at the eastern side of the property that enjoys
extensive stunning views over the valley and up to the hills beyond. This is a
great place to have your early morning croissants and coffee.
The Villa has been completely renovated and modernised during 2003 to include
new windows, internal doors and floor tiling. The property is tastefully
decorated and is immaculate throughout.
